Role Overview

As a Senior Backend Developer, you will design and implement APIs and backend services. Candidates with domain-specific experience in fintech, accounting, audit, or health-tech will be prioritized.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop secure, scalable backend services using Laravel (PHP), Laravel Blade, Laravel Breeze, Eloquent ORM, etc.
• Manage and optimize PostgreSQL, MySQL databases.
• Implement RBAC, authentication, and secure integrations.
• Collaborate with frontend developers and Business Analysts and Solutions Architect on feature delivery.
• Mentor mid-level developers and review code quality.
• Ensure compliance with NDPA, OWASP, and relevant standards.

Candidate Profile

• Experience: 6–8+ years of backend development.
• Stack: Laravel (PHP), PostgreSQL/MySQL, Redis
• Domain Advantage: Experience in fintech, audit/compliance, or health-tech systems.
• Soft Skills: Strong communicator, mentor, collaborative.
