Role Overview
The Project Manager will oversee the delivery of all project workstreams, ensuring milestones are achieved within schedule and scope. The role requires strong leadership, agile project management expertise, and excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead overall project planning, tracking, and reporting.
- Ensure delivery of mandated reports.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and oversee multiple sprint teams.
- Maintain risk register, issue log, and escalation protocols.
- Liaise with client’s ICT department.
- Provide bi-weekly status reports and monthly updates.
- Support UAT, training, and change management initiatives.
Candidate Profile
- Experience: 8–10+ years in IT project management, with enterprise or public sector exposure.
- Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certifications desirable.
- Skills: Strong understanding of agile/hybrid methodologies, risk management, project planning tools (MS Project, Jira, Confluence).
