Role Overview
The Business Analyst will act as the bridge between stakeholders and technical teams. You will work closely with client representatives to gather requirements, analyze workflows, and ensure business needs are effectively translated into user stories and functional specifications for developers and designers.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder workshops and interviews to gather requirements.
- Document business needs in BRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Map “as-is” and “to-be” processes and workflows.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure requirements are reflected in prototypes.
- Maintain requirement traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support QA in validating requirements during testing and UAT.
Candidate Profile
- Experience: 5–7+ years as a Business Analyst in IT/software projects.
- Skills: Strong elicitation, documentation, and process mapping; familiarity with Agile (Scrum/Kanban).
- Tools: Jira, Confluence, Miro, BPMN/UML tools.
- Soft Skills: Analytical thinking, clear communicator, strong stakeholder engagement.
