Role Overview

As a Backend Developer, you will contribute to building APIs and backend services under the guidance of Tech Leads and Senior Developers. While not mandatory, prior experience in fintech, finance, or health-tech systems will be considered an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement APIs and backend services with Laravel (PHP), Laravel Blade, Laravel Breeze, Eloquent ORM, etc.
• Work with PostgreSQL/MySQL for schema design and data queries.
• Follow secure coding standards and integrate with shared services.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, QA, Solutions Architect and Business Analysts on features.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute unit/integration tests.

Candidate Profile

• Experience: 3–5+ years of backend development.
• Tech Stack: Laravel (PHP); PostgreSQL or MySQL; Docker familiarity.
• Domain Advantage: Exposure to fintech, audit, accounting, or health-tech systems preferred.
• Soft Skills: Strong learner, communicator, collaborative team player.
• Work Mode: Remote
